Until now, the only options available to men seeking circumcision reversal were surgical grafting and skin expansion. These methods can be painful, time-intensive, and yield a rough approximation of the foreskin without natural neural and vascular structures.
Akroprint is changing that. 3D printing has had rapid advancement in recent years, with techniques being used to fabricate prosthetic limbs, biosensors, microvascular systems for organs, and much more. By combining advances in 3D bioprinting, tissue engineering, and biomaterials science, we aim to create personalized, functional foreskins that restore aesthetic form and natural function.
